Have a vacation to Grand Canyon, want to take laptop to put pics on. The first time it saw the new device but w/o wireless service coldn't download drivers. Next time it didn't find new device and can't get the camera on the laptop. No way to download the pics. Can't find the camera on there anywhere. How do I download pics?
