Question about Dryers
My gas dryer ignites and goes on and off for two ignition cycles before making a noise. During the noise the igniter heats up (glows) but doesn't ignite. When noise stops the ignitor cools off (no glow). This pattern repeats itself for the duration of the dryer cycle. Thermostat? Coil?
Your fuel supply is OK?
If the igniter comes on and you have fuel, there is no problem ... for some reason you dont have fuel, seems to me.
Did you check the gas valve(s). There nay be several.
If you have gas and the valves are on ... you have an electric (gas relay valve) problem.
