    1. tried turning down the treble, no help
    2. looked at tiny speakers and realized it was hopeless.
    3. Hooked up my stereo amp and big speakers via the headphone jack and voila pretty good sound, but the popping is still there, but I can keep it to a dull pop at the start of words mainly spoken by women. Bass, there is none from a 2 inch tweeter called a speaker. OH yes, be sure to disable the tv speakers. It's hopeles
    4. tried customer support, forget it, they won't respond.

Had the same problem, but it went away when we changed satellite receivers. Works perfectly now. I think it didn't like the setup, so try moving it or changing whatever is feeding the signal to it, i.e. cables or receiver.

sounds like you popped the audio amp. hold the radio with the dials towards you and check out the right side of the unit.Put your nose to work and sniff around that area to smell anything that might be burnt.

I have a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim MSZ-GE09NA that makes a popping noises when it starts to run. What would cause this to happen?

Have you done the annual maintnance on this unit? i suspect this is a high effiency gas furnace. The poping noise might be due to a dried out drain out tube from drying out . Is it like a gurgling? Checdk your venting if its clear, no birds, nest or rodents.Make sure all panel ,for blower are all tight, there are safety switches that would allow you to hear noises if any problem exists. Or/and, maybe air filters are dirty, and duck work or plenums or poping due to blocked ducts,Since this has just begun after being off all summer, i would check all the aboveIts has to be somethng relatively simple

Intermittent clock failure

I had to bring my 2004 Aveo to my dealer to have the clock replaced, TWICE!!! Apparently it was a fault with the clock not the fuses. I hope this helps.

Different New windows are poping up without any interaction

You may have a trackware virus. Do you have antivirus software installed? are they poping up randomly? or just when you go to certain websites? (for example, did any pop-up when you came to this website?)

Also, if you have IE (internet explorer 7) it comes with a pop-up blocker that will help.. If you do not have it, you can download IE 7 from Microsoft's website.

If you think you have a virus, you can download HijackThis, and post a log in this forum.. Then we can determin if you have any spyware on your system.

Fan clicks

Upon the first sentence, that sounded somewhat like a wiring fault, due to the intermittent clicking sounds. However, if you can duplicate the sound by shifting the blades, it could potentially be a motor fault. Try shutting off the breaker to that fan, and seeing if the sound continues when you move the blades. If it does not, then you're looking at a wiring problem, probably on the pivot joint at the base. If it does, you may just have a slightly creaky fan unit, at which point there's not much to suggest, as lubricating the pivot joint could cause the fan to spin at odd angles, or lose control if the fan becomes unbalanced. Also, try reversing the blade direction by toggling the switch on the motor unit, or just below. If the problem persists, please post again with the additional details.
