Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone
Razr v3i has auto eraze option, which automatically erazes the message, either this option should be turned on.TO turn off this option
Navigate phone menu, select messaging, then scroll down to message inbox dont select it just when its highlighted hit the meny key (right in the middle of exit or select) scroll down to Inbox setup, hit select, go to Auto cleanup hit the select or change button, then scroll all the way down to Custom, hit select, and customize your inbox, same with outbox...
Regarding the razr not ringing for some phones..
Its issue with the firmware problem, Try updating the firmware from the moto website, this should solve your problem..THis issue is callef delay ring lock, which is the common problem with the motorolo RAZR V3i
