I have a 940c printer that has worked perfectly since new five or six years ago. Today I tried to print some pictures and when I pressed print all three of the lights blinked fast and continually. It's never done that before. Any idea what could be wrong?

You can try restoring the printer to factory settings..and try agian it has worked most of the times for me..Let the catridge be in the printer when you do this..

I have the same problem. Changed cartridges many times before but did not have any problems. This time the orange light keeps blinking after putting in new cartridges.

Check the paper pickup tray & roller may be its not working. If possible contact the local vendor for printer servicing.

I had the same problem and the following worked for me: I used a cotton swab with alcohol to clean contact points (copper colored dots) on the back of the ink cartridges themselves. I also gently cleaned the brass-colored pins in the cartridge slots. Hope this solves your problem.
