Hi - I just replied to your other request re the same problem.
I think your shutter is not operating properly. This should be repaired by an expert not a home handyman.
The way a shutter works is that there are 2 curtains. The first one opens to allow light onto the film/sensor plane and is followed by a timed gap by the second curtain to shut out the light.
Your symptoms could be either a sticky second shutter, or less likely a faulty sensor.
As said in the other response - get a quote for repairs and work out if it is more economical to repair the camera or buy a new one. Is it still under Warranty?
Sorry I can't give a quick fix answer.
Good luck with it.

its the memory buffer. the booklet says that the "r" means remaining. i think the blinking is just the camera saving the pics to the memory card. i think the memory buffer is full and you have to wait for it to finish saving. if you want to be able to take more continuous pics i think you can turn down the quality and it will take more. hope this helps
