Thanks for using FixYa. Try updating the drivers for your Dell Studio. This will resolve the issue. Also check for the software patches available for your Dell studio on Dell. Please check this link for the drivers--

Also try using another SIM Card, it might be faulty. And, finally try and reset your Studio by following this procedure(Backup all your data before the reset)--
