Go back using the Windows Restore found under start menu/all programs/accesories/system tools/system restore.
Note all changes that you have made since the point you restore to will be lost.

Open your browser. Click, tools, internet options, Connection, LAN settings, ensure that the box that says automatically detect settings is checked.
Restart computer. Done
