The ct's are place on the incoming wires by the power company. wires then pull off and go the seperate metering box. all of this is done by the power company

You simply need to get an electrician to check the power supply to your property, with a frequency meter if it tests OK then you will probably need to replace the board on the boiler, it has to be said that the incoming mains frequency is set by the supply system and generally cannot alter but some local conditions can have an undesirable effect, any good electrician will have a frequency meter on his van and will take only a few minutes to test.

I have a vintage Sansui qrx5500, everything lights up, the meters show that the preamp is processing a signal but there is no sound, not even through headphones

The problem is something to do with the power amp board. You need to determine if it is going power to it, from the power supply section. If it is it would indicate the main power amp has gone. Does it have an IC power amp? If it does then it's gone! Otherwise I am puzzzelled why both channels are down on a device with two seperate transistors stages.

Every time burned one fusse and y think it is from power amplifier, because don t have schematic diagram so y need this but don t now from where y take...any way thank you.

Can't help with the schematic, but I can tell you that a fuse blows like that with an overload, from a semiconductor that acts like a piece of wire. If you have a multi-meter you can test transistors or diodes in the power supply or main amp section (on heatsink). It will be just like you touched the probes together, when you are on seperate terminals.
If the device uses an IC for the main amp, I personally would replace that anyway with your problem. As they are good at doing just that.

Fuse blown on power supply board, replaced fuse blows straight away,

It is possible that it is shorting somewhere, try checking wires and/or any contact point where it can ground/earth itself

I've changed out my central heat and air ,with a larger unit , after 5 weeks working fine ,now if my air conditioner ,hot water tank and stove is on along with a few minor appliances my main breaker trips...

No,you can not wire directly to a meter. All wiring must come through the circuit panel or sub panel.
150 amps is sufficient to run what you describe. You may have a weak main breaker or loose wiring to these appliances. Place a amp meter on a incoming supply wire at the main, while you monitor amp draw have someone go around the house and turn on all these appliances. If it trips at less than 140 amps you have a bad main.
I suspect you will find a bad neutral wire on one of these appliances.

What plugs do i need for the printer, i recently moved and have no attachments now

I've got a 1180 & it looks as if you need a standard mains mains supply cable with a 2 pin socket - similar to those which fit stereo units and a computer to printer cable - one end usb and the other a device end socket to fit the printer at the back. Not all generic device cables will fit, you need one which fits the printer

Western digital external hard with Ethernet port has no power. do you suggest any fix

Do you have a volt meter? Or Know someone with a volt meter. Check the power supply to see if it is putting out the required voltage. If it is bad, you can get the voltage needed off the main plug, read the output voltage and go to wally world or radio shak and by a fit all kit that adjust power level. Universal power converter.
