I have the same issue. I was trying to see why I had a shadow. I took out the bulb and re-installed it with the same results.

I had the same problem. Put a house fan on the right side and it ran fine for hours. I think one of the fans may have been stuck. Since then, runs fine.

In case you are still watching this issue for a solution - I'm afraid my assessment of the company troubleshooting support and of this particular issue is that we are out of luck.
I have the same problem. Have downloaded manuals - very little information except for use...ie, don't get them wet.
I have contacted the company - they asked me for the same information I gave them in the original troubleshooting request...
We bought a new one - fortunately on sale at Target. The blinking light is the normal indication - lack of heat and boiling is the problem.
Our new pot boils on both bases...old pot clicks and then just sits there with a blinking light - the light should blink until the temp is reached.
I intend to return the old pot to Target and move on....I suspect there is a burned out coil but, it is too hard to troubleshoot and won't be able to be fixed.
I suspect that a better (more expensive) pot might have more durable coils...but, we'll see how long the new one lasts.

I have a wd60c9 it makes a noise to come on then the yellow light started blinking with no display or sound and brand new light bulb tv sat dormat in spare room unplugged for about 6 mounths

The yellow blinking light is telling you that either your Lamp is not in properly, or that your lamp door is not closed properly.

Take the lamp out and carefully slide it back into place - you will feel it when it is in right. Then place the lamp door back in it's spot. Make sure that it is screwd in all the way.

Clean light wont stop blinking

This is a code that the water is not being heated. this could be caused by a bad heating element, lack of water, computer control problem or an inadvertant error. all things involved with heating the water need check. the computer has to be reset using a diagnotic mode. wiring info usually behind toe panel may help to solve the problem. please include model # if further info needed.

My VPL-VW50 suddenly stopped working a couple months ago. It turned on, the fans started, then it would stop and a red light began blinking three times. I looked up the code and found that it needed a new...

fisrt, did you reset the lamp timer? if the projector turns on again, go into the menu settings and reset the lamp timer. 3 flashes also mean that the lamp is too hot. let the projector go through it's cooldown mode and shutdown before you unplug it. remove the filter case and vacuum or blow the dust out of the filter. you can also blow the dust out of the projector (if any) with canned air. lastly, be careful where you buy lamps from. you get what you pay for. cheaper isn't always better.
