The scroll button wont scroll. It clicks ok but wont scroll through documents, websites or game controls.

Try this on a different USB port, and if this does not work, try a different computer. If this does not work, go right click computer or my computer in the start menu and press manage. Look for "Device manager" and find the mouse. Right click this mouse and see if updates can be installed. If nothing happens, look online for the model of the mouse for drivers.

The menu screen won't stop scrolling.

Try removing the battery from the controller (if applicable) or unplugging the controller, if that makes it stop scrolling we know its the controller.
Try then replugging or powering it back on, if its still scrolling make sure you try pushing/moving the D pad or analog sticks.
If you cannot get it to stop scrolling after that you may need to clean it out. you can use rubbing alcohol and a dust free cloth to clean the controller out (while unplugged and no battery in it).
Then replug/sync see if it helps. If nothing above helps you may need to try a different controller or replace :(
Hope this helps Anthony

How do you reset an original xbox system?

Follow these steps to reset your original xbox:

1. Back up all your saved data onto a memory card because this wipes your harddrive

2. On the main menu go down to "settings"

3. On the Settings menu scroll untill you reach system info

4. Select it

5. Once you are there at the moving disclaimer push in the following

Y

Down on the left thumbstick

left on the left thumbstick

down on the left thumbstick

Y

Note: (it will take about 2-5 minutes to reset so just leave it alone and whatever you do DON"T turn it off cuz then you will destroy your xbox's hard drive )

My psp files gone

I assume you have a PSP with customize firmware.

1. Turn on your PSP and press the "SELECT" button and the VSH Menu will appear.

2. Scroll down to USB Device and change the setting into "Memory Stick".
(Use the up & down directional button to scroll and use the left & right directional button to change the setting.)

3. Scroll down to UMD ISO MODE and change the setting to "SONY NP9660".

4. After you change the setting EXIT to the main console and restart your PSP.

If this solution did not work come back and we will try other solutions.

Please help asap!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest to toggle the "analog" button on and off to see if that fixes the problem. If not then try a different controller. Try it with different games as well(make sure discs are clean!!) If that does not work then your playstation has a malfunction and needs to be repaired if it is worth it to you.
Sorry!! GOOD LUCK!!

Hi my psp works fine untile i am literaly playing the game. then

you can try restoring it to the factory default settings but this may lose any saved data so back it up first on a memory stick. Scroll all the way down on the left menu and go to settings then restore factory settings
