Question about Peg Perego Vespa Scooter
On my vespa px after revving it takes a while for revs to settle
If it is an older px the engine seal may have a leak due to age and needs to be replaced as air is coming through and causes high revs even with no gas - that can even be dangerous to handle so you better give it to a vespa-shop
