There's not much involved in installing a wireless keyboard or mouse. You'll have to connect the receiver to your PC's USB port. If he receiver and the keyboard or mouse have a button(other than on/off), refer to the manual on how it has to be synchronized.

How do i turn my keyboard on

Blow in its ear.
OK, for real...install the battery (assuming it's a wireless keyboard), then look for a very small button to push to enable the keyboard. Be sure you have the wireless receiver that came with the keyboard installed in a USB slot and have the driver installed before trying to connect the keyboard.

I can help you, however I'll need to know the model number of the wireless keyboard and the version of windows you are trying to install it on.

Quick solution: usually a wireless keyboard comes with a CD which has drivers on it. you must first run the CD and follow the instructions to install the drivers, then plug in the wireless adapter that came with your wireless keyboard, then restart your Computer and it should be connected. Remember to make sure that the keyboard has Batteries.
