Your loud noise would be motor related. definitely shop service required. the water issue is different, this model is gravity fed.

Samsung vcu366 making loud noise but picks up

what does the really loud noise sound like? Is it a loud, whining sound? if so, the motor may be getting ready to go out. Also check that the belt isn't stuck-though you would smell burning rubber if that were the case.

Deluxe Steam Mop Model # 7603. I'm getting a round black oil spot on pads right in the center. It's about the size of a 50 cent piece. What is causing this?

I lifted it up from the plastic guider closer to the window where dark stain was and motor started to go slow, lifted it again and checked the water, water in it, still going really slow. then loud bang twice, now no steam? Any suggestions? or do I have to buy a new one? Is there someone out there that can check/fix it. JC

I have a craftsman 2 gal wet/dry vacuume & after using it for a wet pick up without a filter, it blows dust out while vacuuming and is extremely loud. Any suggestions. I took it apart and unclogged...

It sucked up some of the muddy water into the impeller while you was using it. Then it dried out and turned to dust. After you get done using it for wet pickup take a water hose and let a little clean water **** into the impeller, with it off the tub. That will clean it then let it run till dry. That will keep it from getting moldy also. And always put a filter on before using for dry stuff. They make a universal filter that is like a satin bag. That is what I use instead of paper one. Even for water.

When the vacuum is turned on it is a lot louder

The fan in this machine can become out of balance. The fan needs to be replaced even if the blades are all there.

Loud rattling noise.

Hi there SmartAlec from NelsonVacuums.com.au here. Often when an upright is making a rattling noise it can be something caught in the roller and every time the brush turns it knocks against the body and since it turns really fast it can sound quite bad. Take the roller out and clean inside that area and see if that helps. Hope it does. Happy Vacuuming :)

Please help! with my bissell proheat

Depends on what kind of smell, if it is electrical, then the motor is probably the problem. If rubber or plastic, then it could be the brush roll, did you inspect the brush roll ends? Try to turn the motor shaft to see if is turning or froze up. If froze up, then the motor is bad. If it is the motor, you would lokk at maybe $110 to $125 for a repair, parts and labor.
