Question about Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 Vibration Feedback Gamepad (GAMELOCRMBPD2)
Logitech gamepad dual no longer works with Windows 7. I'm not sure if its the driver or what but one day it stopped working all together. I can still see my gamepad in the device manager but I cannot calibrate the controller and windows does not seem to recognize any inputs from the gamepad. Is there a workaround for this because it seems that most people are having this issue for some apparent reason. I can't seem to find a solution as of yet.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get 2 Free calls (no credit card required) and instant help on almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, appliances, handyman, and even pets).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: AA3 (America's Army 3) & Gamepad
America's Army doesn't support controllers natively (or they didn't the last time I played). You'll have to use a software emulator to make the game think you are using a mouse and keyboard while you use the controller.
I have this controller and it should have come with a logitech disk that has software on it to achieve this.
You might want to check out this site or this site for other software solutions.

Please uninstall any LGPS version present on your OS -
Then please proceed to clean boot.
-> Unplug any USB devices connected to the computer ( Less keyboard + mouse ) If you have a corded keyboard + mouse please use it rather than a cordless device.
-> Go to device manager
-> Delete all the USB HOST CONTROLLER -- All of them --
-> The host controller might reinstall them itslef, let the computer handle the reinstallation
-> If the computer does not reinstall the host controllers, trigger the detection using the DM function " Scan for new hardware " ( The computer with magnifier icon )
-> Once reinstalled, clean boot
-> Reinstall the software, plug the hardware when needed.
-> Should work.
If a device as been previously flagged with error, it will redetect the device without the flag, unless there is some serious issue with the hardware/OS
If the problem persist, swap computer and try, if it does not solve then contact customer service for replacement
Thanks and have a nice day Julien
