Where can i order a handle for a 14in Pullan gas

If there is no spark it could be an HT wire or the magneto or the magneto grounding switch.

The fuel tank is integral with the plastic housing of the saw. A leak has obviously developed, I would say its time to replace the plastic housing and go from there.

Poulan PLN 1514 uses a 14in S-49 chain that is made by Oregon, the original chain has a part number 966-051501 that does cross to anything but the original has 49 drive links and S whith on the bar. This is available on Amazon for about $13.00 with postage Retail stores are charging over $20.00 for the same chain

Do you have a friend with a cover you can look at? The brake will need to be lached open (enlarged) to refit the clutch cover on your saw.

Detail A here is a good representation of a Husky chain brake, they are all similar and this may be helpful.

Clean or change the sparkplug. Also make sure you have fresh gas and the proper fuel mix.
