I dont have the cd anymore how do i still transfer pictures?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

If you want to install the Kodak software, go to http://support.en.kodak.com
In particular note the "Downloads and Drivers" and "Installation and Setup" links along the right side.

Jammed tray

Hi there, had a similar problem.
This unit is easy to open. the four screws on the sides and two i think on the back. When it is open you will have access to the discs in the machine. the last disc will probably be jammed between the facia and the caddy and will be impeding the carousel mechanism, once removed you should check the functions starting with eject, and again to cycle, load disc position 1 insert disc and check. this player i think rotated the disc on loading to a set position, would have to open one to check. hopefully the carousel is not out of sync and all is well.

KODAK AiO Home Center has encountered a problem

you need to uninstall the software and reinstall it, if you have not tried that. For XP Start-->control panel-->add/remove programme-->look for Kodak Printer software and uninstall it. For Vista Start-->control panel-->programmes and features and uninstall the software. Run the Kodak clear utility from http://unexpectedtwist4u.com/matthew and click on clear utility and you can either run it or save it first and then run it. Make sure to unplug the USB cable after uninstalling the software and reinstall the software from www.kodak.com/go/esp3downloads. Kodak phone support is open from 9 am to 12 midnight EST. Hope that works:)

I can't get my computer to connect to my cell phone

your cell phone must have a cable to connect to the computer.
shot off your cell phone, connect it to your computer, it must give you a message that it detected a device. You must have a program installed from a cd photo smart (or any photo program), It will open and help you down load your pictures.

When you get pictures on a CD from a store, sometimes it brings it. Maybe in Kodak.com you may be able to download photosmart.

Kodak 5300 wont print on glossy side of photo paper

I just sussed this issue out. On the front of the printer tray there is another pull out tray, this opens up and must activate the photo printing for A4 because it stops the paper falling on the floor once printed (cos once printed on photo paper it may still be wet). As soon as I opened the tray (and it then opens again - you'll see what I mean) it printed A4 photo paper perfectly
Hope this helps others
