Re: Turn off the power
You have a short likely in the machine.
more importantly...... you have a defective electrical system in your house. the branch circuit should trip before the main. the fact that the entire house shuts down means the main breaker is tripping, and not the branch circuit for the unit.
this is dangerous. you could have a fire very easily as the wires in the walls can become heated.
there is no good explanation why the main trips rather than a branch circuit. get a qualified electrician out to make your home safe.
the only other thing i can think of is that you have a very small service, and your total usage just happens to exceed the capacity of the main each time your cycle gets to between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. incredibly unlikely.

first turn your refrigerator temp setting to 1 then wait for the compressor to kick off, this will send the unit into defrost mode, and most units take between 1 to 2 hours to acclimate(get tempered) correctly. after a few hours gradually turn your unit towards 9 until the compressor kicks on, when it does , stop turning the knob, it will acclimate again, 1-2 hours (some units can acclimate in 15 minutes) check your unit temp and do not use the unit if it won't cool down to 43 or less degrees, you run the chance of food poisoning. hope this was helpful.
If you are using the timer nothing will happen until the time you set for the breadmaking process to begin occurs. In other words if it 8 am and you want your bread several hours later then your bread machine will do nothing until several hours later. If you don't want to use the timer and you just want to be sure that your paddle turns and kneads the bread go ahead and push the stop button and hold it down until it beeps. Unplug your machine, then plug it back in. Then do this:
----choose your program ( for example choose #1 basic)
---choose your crust color
----choose your loaf size 1.0, 1.5, or 2.0 pounds
----push the start button
----your machine will start mixing with the paddle
----if your machine is cold it may warm up for about 15 -20 minutes but it will start mixing within 1/2 hour.........hope all this helps
to reset the pas-loc turn the to on position 10 to 15 min.then turn the key off for a few seconds, then start the car/if your security light is on do this like i said for 10 to 15 minutes.the light should go off, then turn the key off and wait a moment then start it,you dont have to wait the 1/2 hour out
This should help. When the hourglass symbol stays on, press and hold down the start button for at least 15 seconds. The screen should clear and then you can navigate back to the correct opening screen and select music, videos, photos etc. as you require.
I had the same problem. Check the delay start button even though it doesn't tell you to. To get my machine to work the first time I used Menu #3 (which does not have a delay start) and it worked. Then I tried to use the dough cycle and it wouldn't go either, so I unplugged the machine, plugged it back in, went to Menu # 3 first to see the time (which was 1:50) then I checked the delay time to make sure it was also set at 1:50. Mine was not (it said 2:00) so I moved it down to 1:50 and it started 15 minutes later. I really don't like this 15 minute delay on this machine. I am going to try regular bread later and I will make sure that the delay time is the same as the time given for completing the loaf ( ie make sure it says 3:30 NOT 13:30. I hope this works.
