In Duplex Printing, page 2 prints upside down. How do i get it to print both sides
up right?

I think you given the wrong printing on one side. So Check the page orientation and do the printing

In the Printing Preferences window, on the Page Setup tab, you have already selected Duplex Printing and Automatic. If your book is to be bound on the long side, you should have 'Long-side stapling . . ' selected in the window below that.
If that is what you have selected and the pages are printing wrong, try the 'Short-side stapling . . .' option.

I haven't found a way to do this using the printer settings.
There is no (apparent) simple solution, but needing tp print a 56 page pdf form the only solution was to load the pdf into Adobe Acrobat and then in the 'document' pull down menu select 'rotate pages', then select '180 degrees' and also 'rotate even pages only'. This then prints OK.
The down side is that you need full Adobe Acrobat rather than just the reader.
I have been unable to rotate pages through 180 degrees in MS Word but it is possible using MS Publisher.

That should be a setting somewhere in the printer or the print driver on the computer.

that would b the fuser if it has build up on the rollers.. definitely change out the magenta toner and verify that the paper stock is within specs!
