My drum of the washer will not spin during cycle. If you turn it to a cycle and press start, it will fill, but the drum just sits there, then it will drain itself. Basically it will go through the motions of the cycle, except the drum never moves. It doesn't make any noise whatsoever, no hum from motor or anything, just silence. Door will lock and unlock. Took the rear cover off, belt is intact and all connections to and from motor are tight, nothing visibly wrong with it.
I have no error codes on display either. I did spin test. When I put P:04 and pressed start - the door was locked, it start drain but the unit did not agitate and did not spin. There is an error code E20. What does it mean?

I have a Bosch WFMC3200 front loader. About a month ago the lights on the display started to dim. Since that time I have had problems with the washer completing a full cycle. Sometimes it would and sometimes is would just stop mid cycle. Then I could manually set it to spin and it would spin. Sometimes I could unplug the machine and an hour later plug it back in and it would work for the full cycle. Now it won't do the final spin at all. Sometimes I can get it to go through the wash cycle, but it will not go to the rinse. The time stops on the display and it clicks so the door is free to open. My model is only 5 years old. We live as missionaries overseas and we brought it with us.My parents are coming in January, so if I need a part I would like to know which part to order for them to bring with them.

I would like to replace the door seal boot as it is moldy and very gross. I have the outer edge figured with the wire ring but how does the inner edge come off and go back on to the drum? Should I even try this or just let a pro do it?
