My drum of the washer will not spin during cycle. If you turn it to a cycle and press start, it will fill, but the drum just sits there, then it will drain itself. Basically it will go through the motions of the cycle, except the drum never moves. It doesn't make any noise whatsoever, no hum from motor or anything, just silence.

Door will lock and unlock.

Took the rear cover off, belt is intact and all connections to and from motor are tight, nothing visibly wrong with it.

I have no error codes on display either.
I did spin test. When I put P:04 and pressed start - the door was locked, it start drain but the unit did not agitate and did not spin. There is an error code E20. What does it mean?

Contact a Bosch technician. You may have to at least pay for a service call.
