Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

Cannot send or receive pics

I took my phone to AT&T too. They said they can't configure it because it wasn't their phone. The seller I got it from tried to help, but no luck.

Front face of my phone at the top of phone is red light and it won't go off..why can't I send or receive pic

remove the battery for few minutes than replace the battery and try that first, it mite be off and on switch issue, or the phone is bottle necking and that means the phone is trying to do everything all at once and if freezes up, or gets very hot and you get burned or a fire will start. take it back to the provide or seller ask them to fix it or replace it.

My lg kp 500 wnt recieve or send pic messages

this is because, you mms settings is not configured.

Call the customer care of your network provider and ask them to send the mms configuration settings to your phone.

Once this is done, you will be able to receive and send pic messages with your phone.

Good luck.

Sending pic messages

you can go to your messages, select settings, select mms and configure your mobile phones multimedia profiles. once configure, try sending a photo on your own mobile number (creating an mms and sending it your own phone) once you received the mms, your phone is ready to send and received. you may want to configure the rest of the settings for mms for your own liking.

Sending pics

Some phones can't send pics and some phones can't receive pics instantly. If you're sure your phone is supposed to send pics then the person you are sending to must have a phone that can't receive pics that way. The only way around that is to send the person an email and attach the pic as a file to go with the email. The person will then have to open the file attached to the email when they get it. It's not as cool as instantly seeing the pic pop up on your screen but its better than nothing.
