1. Turn all connects off(manage connection).
2. Select Options.
3. Select Advance option.
4. Select sim card.
5. Type MEPD.
6. Type MEP2.
7. Type the Unlock code.
8. Press enter.

You need to contact the customer care of the service provider for unlock code.
