Question about HP Photosmart 3180 All-In-One Printer
My HP Photosmart C3180 Printer struggles.
When I try to print a document, I get messages that 1) the cart is stuck, 2) there is paper stuck, 3) I should check the cartriges.
However, the cart moves when I turn the printer on and off, the paper that was stuck is taken out long ago, the cartriges are new.
Can you give me a hand in getting it printing again?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Okay, just chatted online with an HP tech, and she helped me solve the problem!
She said: the printer prints an alignment page everytime you turn on due to incomplete initialization process.
Turn off the printer and Turn on.
Please unplug the usbcable.
Hope this helps!

I have a 3100 series HP. On it you select "Properties", then the "Features" tab. On that tab, there is a "Resizing Options" menu item. It has a drop down menu with "Letter", "More...", and "Custom" choices. There you can define the size.

"The print cartridge cradle cannot move."
I fixed this problem by disconnecting the power cord from the power-strip and connecting it directly into the wall. My printer was not getting enough voltage from the power-strip. I hope this helps.

Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

It is just normal, printing photos required more detail/refine and for best result it should be print slower than normal printing.
