It could be 1 or 2 things, it might be a software update needed or one of the flexes are damaged.
take the phone to a repair centre and they should repair it.

This is a common problem with every phone. This issue arises when the Software is downgraded or is corrupted. The second thing which can be a cause is that the Firmware of the Phone is corrupted or out-dated. Try re-installing but first try updating the Firmware of the Phone using its PC Suite. If you don't have a PC Suite then you have to take it to a service center and get it upgraded.
