On the back get a needle or paperclip and push into the hole that says reset. It will take a bit longer to load directly after though, so dont get worried

Bush 8gb model no fm6726, won't switch on

Mine had exactly the same problem, it was playing and then it froze, I switched it off and it didn’t switch back on and my computer didn't register it. To fix it, just get the back of a pin or a needle and on the back of the player, press in the reset button. It is marked. It worked with mine. Hope this helps.

BUSH FM6726 mp3 does not charge up when inserted into USB drive

The same thing happened to me.
press the reset button at the back.
youll need a pen or something to do it
