I don't think that something is faulty with the Phone. I think that your phone's network is being blocked. I think the service provider is blocking the network. If they are cutting the Balance then kindly contact them and tell them to review your phone's network connection.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Not offering solutions, per se, but did you try a hard reset, and are you using a pre-paid SIM? If you hard reset the phone, it will acquire the MMS settings from the carrier, assuming you are not using a pre-paid SIM that requires different MMSC settings, it should work for you. If you are using a pre-paid SIM, then you are stuck like me, until someone smarter than us tells us how to fix it! ;)

Can't send or recieve text messages

check if you have load if you are a pre-paid subscriber. If you are a post paid subscriber, always check if your signal is enough to send/ receive messages. Try to restart your phone and start texting. If you still can't make it, immediately contact your service provider..

6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

Text messages wont send, they go straight to the outbox

try taking ur sim out then putting it back in this works for me when it happens (which happens 1/1000000 shot) or if you have pre-paid then you should check your balance.

WAP

Sadly your question is too simple, as it depends on many factors, what country you're in, which network, etc.

In theory the button with the globe symbol just above the send/dial/answer key should be your hotkey to WAP. Some operators will not allow you to use WAP (and other things like MMS and voicemail) until you have made a chargeable call. You may also need your provider to send you settings by text in order for WAP to work, especially if you have used this phone previously on another network. Some providers block WAP on pre-paid by default as data rates can often be high and you can use up credit very quickly. That doesn't mean you can't have it, you just need to ask your operator to activate it.

HI I am not sure your question but I can tell that your phone is ok but the prepaid service need to be reset. This case, only Vodafone can help you since the pre-paid phone has been locked by them. this is probably virus cause but I am not 100% sure since your phone is still locked to vodafone as a pre-paid unit. This set needs to have vodafone service and they may have their own software to reset the service for you. I hope this will help.
