Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
First make sure that your dvd driver is showing in "my computer".
Then right click on my computer icon then click on property then click on hardware then device manager .
Then check dvd drive enable it if disable.Then check.
IF still same issue then when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" then you can see bios screen.
Check in main menu that your dvd drive is detected .
If not detected then you have to reattch your dvd drive if you have laptop.
But if you have desktop then you have to reattach power cable and ide cable into it.
