I can't acess my account, but some one is using my account and asking friends for money. It asked me in email, which is from Yahoo, to update my account and I provided the necessary requirments[information]. After that it said you can't acess your yahoo for 24hrs, and start sending email to myfriends that I am in scotland and needed money because I was stolen my wallet.

This question is over a year old. But for anyone who has a similar issue now, I would first see if I could create a new Yahoo.co.uk account. You will likely need a new name in front of the @ sign.
After you do that, send an email from your .fr account to all your email friends, asking them to email to your new Yahoo .uk account name. Then after a week or so, contact Yahoo.co.fr and ask them to delete that account.
Access your E-mail account from a different computer and then try sending the email to your friends. Your computer is probably infected by an automatic E-mail sending virus/malware. Since you don't have the password now you cannot cancel it. In case you wan't that the hacker should not use it then you have only two options left with. First try to send an email to yahoo telling them the facts and ask them to delete that account. Secondly you can ask your friends having yahoo mail account to report abuse on your earlier account. Once 10 users have reported abuse on an account that account will be banned.

Did you share your password by accident? - think back hard Did you put your account information to see the 'adult pictures of a new member? Please check all of these - if no - then try again slowly - the last known configuration Try this as a last resort - try to get the account as a new user - as if the account user name wasn't taken ans see what Yahoo does then.
If nothing else works go to log in and when it ask 'can't get into your account' click on that and follow prompts and then email Yahoo customer service [ ya it's a joke but all you got now.
Contact facebook support (http://www.facebook.com/help.php) and ask them if they can reinstate for you. If that doesn't work, create a new account and check your email (the one updated on facebook). Facebook would've sent you mail everytime your friend confirms or accepts an invite, you have to reinvite them again.
Always print a list of your contacts. I have done this several times. But by the time you have fixed your e-mail, your contacts may have changed or moved or lost them to moving of lost friendships.

what u can do is try to login but put only user name and NOT the password and use the forgot my password option and then it will ask u to authenticate ur account by date of birth ,secret question etc etc..once u do that correctly..u can login and then change ur password.. hope it helps!
