You will have to reset the phone. You can do this by turning the phone off, holding the home button in on the bottom of the phone and plugging it in to itunes. It will be automatically in recovery mode and you can restore the phone. After done, you can re-sync the phone with your itunes to have it set back to normal.

Answered this before...here is the cut and paste.
You will not be able to unlock the phone but you can restore it. You will have to put the phone into restoration mode by powering it off (by holding the top button) and with itunes ready and your cable in hand, press and hold the Home button while you plug it in. Itunes will come up and say that it has detected an iphone in recovery mode and will ask if you want to restore it to new factory software. I don't think that you will be able to recover your data.

all you have to do is call the company and it will unlock it for you , say you try to many different passwords for your iphone it will lock pu so u have to call the company.
