My 3200 seems to have the screen stuck on my home

It would appeasr you have no satellite connection to reset it to a new destination. Make sure the battery is fully charged first and that you are in a location that is clear to the sky. 3 mins maximum to connect is what should happen. Ifr at any time you have started the engine with the GPS connected it could and does affect the SIIRF chip and will never work again. It also damages the battery over time.

Check that you can even access the satellites by using settings.
