Question about Pinnacle Studio MovieBox USB Video Capture
Whenever I plug my movie box in, the computer gives a 'hardware not found error'. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, I have also tried installing a pinnacle patch. Still nothing. Please help!
Have you had any other devices that use the USB port have any problems. Sounds like you have an error with your USB drivers on your computer. I would suggest that if you are using a microsoft product such ash windows XP or Vista they have a program that will fix your USB drivers. Try running the program and then try your movie box again and see if that works. One other thing have you tried it in a different port could be a damaged port on your computer.
