Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Moved my 7410 All-in-One - now it won't power on all the way

It just keeps showing the "HP Invent" logo. I saw that a number of other people were having this issue, and one way of fixing it was to remove the wireless card. How do I do that, to see if that is the issue?

Sean - I did - and Martell in India had no clue. So I was hoping someone else had a better experience so they could share what they learned. Customer support is not what it used to be, so many times it is better to find others who have had the issue and have resolved it. This is the value of social networking.

why do people not use google, geez I've answered 45 questions already by google and why don't the other people go to the manufacturer's website? anyways... go to hp.com and go to support then click webchat or something like that... I'm kinda not a guy with the programming of this specific printer...

Hp7410 Wont turn on and function, power light doesnt come on and the HP Invent Logo keeps cycling on and off

you might want to check to see if the wireless for this machine is connected to main pcb, if so, disconnect, you will have to pull off the back of the machine, requires #10 torq bit, cable is a 4 wire cable, it travles from right of machine to left of machine, the only other cables that travel from right to left, is speaker cable, only 2 wire, and then the doc feed cable, which has 8 to 10 wires on it. if problem still continues, then main pcb will need to be replaced.

Printer stopped working.

Printers are cheap and not worth fixing it sounds like you have a common problem involving the internal CPU in the printer to have it repaired it would cost twice as much as to buy a new on

HP Officejet 7410 Display HP logo and Invent

Hello.
I'm afraid this one is a critical issue. If your product is in warranty or out of warranty , it would be better to upgrade to a newer model as this is a serious flaw in the printer.

all the best.
