First replace these caps C4102, C4118, C4108 and if that doesn't fix it replace High voltage splitter.

My tv. proscan mod. ps50700 won`t turn on

The PS50700 uses the 195 series chassis. The most common cause of the set not starting up is a shorted flyback (high voltage) transformer. Sometimes a shorted flyback will also cause the horizontal output transistor to short too. These parts need to be tested and/or replaced by a tech familiar with the RCA 195 chassis.

Tv won turn on

This could be caused by a bad HV block. I would not take on replacing unless you know your way around HV circuits on Projection TV's. I would call a repair facility to give you a estimate to repair.

My rca projection tv some times the channels will change by them selves and just run and my speakers dont work anymore

This happening because you have loose connections in the tuner. Re solder and you will see changes. About sound, did you try to move switch repeatedly ? ( back on) sometimes corrosion inside do problems contact. I hope this work for you Am here any time .. Thank you. Yambo
