Go to controll panel touch the print button on the left bottom, touch print queue, it will ask for password which is 8 zeros. touch print job and hit cancel

You most likely have a bad feed motor. It's located mid right rear behind big PC board and mounting plate. It's a job for a technician.

1. Press the "Function", "Copy", and "3" keys simultaneously in that order to enter the Service Mode.
2. “Input the password” to enter the Service Mode (default password is 00000000, except for C322/
C262 which do not require a password).
3. Press "7", and then “Start” keys to enter the F7 Service Mode (counter ).
4. Check the entry for the option 01 that will be you password

From the control panel, lower right corner, select "output queue", select "print" tab, select the job you wish to cancel, select OK.

Dp-1820e rebooting not starting

you may try this:
unplug the network, usb, and fax connection
remove all papers
turn on the machine
press print key
press stop
press 1 for yes to cancel the job (if theres a job queue)
