Question about Samsung Hue (SCH-r500) Cellular Phone
How do I fix this? When ever I push a button on the samsung hue from alltel,it goes back to the same thing. Under voice calls, 'silence all'. When I push the arrow button on the side of the phone, it goes up to 'high' but once you push 'set' it goes right back to the same silence all page. How do I get out of this mode?

Helo jane, first try holding down the * key, if not go to settings, profiles and create your own. there may be one called general, normal or loud and if there is you will not need to create your own

Probably worth having a go at upgrading the firmware. If you have any tech know-how, look at this forum for the details:
If not, take it to a phone shop and ask them to do it.
Back up your contacts and photos before you do it, they could be wiped!
