Hello! I have a technics class 2 power supply ac/ac outdoor use adaptor model :TUE-12120w That died. Where or how can I get another one?

    Thanks but already looked there! I called panasonic since technics made it and they say they do not have it in there catalog. Does anyone know how to contact Technics directly?

Similar issue with my fountain (Visage 3 tiered with lights). Contacted BOND MFG ([email protected] or www.bondmfg.com). They will probably send you a replacement if it is still under the one year warranty. Mine was not and they say it would be $20 for the adapter and $10.50 for shipping. Hope this helps.
