To be able to scroll or send messages using your Facebook account , kindly follow the following steps that I believe will resolve your concern. 1. See to it that your email username and password is working properly. 2. If it is not working, try to click on "forget password" link. 3. Open a new browser to log in again. 4. You need to delete cookies and browsing histories to refresh your browser.

Sim card changed in phone from vodaphone to O2 now unable to download games and send txt messages. Have had O2 configeration txt through and saved.

hi, this is a common problem when you change to a different network all you need to do is contact your new network provider and ask them to send you the correct internet and mms settings they send you these via text message and this will the n update your phone giving you access to what you need.

You can also send these settings to your phone using your providers website as they usually have this settings to send to your phone via their website.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

Unable to send/rec pictures SE W850i

Hi,

I think the problem here is with your connection. I understand that you have the right settings from your operator...however you should check with them to see if your line is data enabled for MMS (this is how your pictures are sent....in an MMS message).
