All depends on what model computer/mobo, and what passcode you are trying to get past.
Most desktops will clear a bios or poweron password by powering off, then moving a jumper called either 'CMOS', 'Clear BIOS', or 'Password'. Wait 30 seconds, move it back to wherever it was to start with, power on and go.
Open the computer case then unplug the battery on it (looks like a metal circle with a contact on it (Don't break it or your computer won't be able to remember the time when it loses power)

i have fited a intel motherboard D945GCLN in cabinet with 305 watt SMPS. when i tried to turn on pc monitor shows green light. processor fan is runing but monitor is not showing first boot or bios boot display which shows motherboard company name. when i'd removed ram M.B sound beep as ram is not connected. i 've tried also bios recovery which is shown on intel site. but still my M.B. is mot working. Plzz can you tell me the proper solution i need to start my pc earliest.
