Question about HP Officejet 5510 All-In-One Thermal Printer
Originally, when trying to print it sounds as if it is trying to grab the paper, then it doesn't and does not print. Now, when turned on, the head keeps adjusting and it reads Paper Jam- Clear the paper jam. Can't even get to the point of trying to print. HELP - it is so frustrating.
It could be an issue with the printer, make sure that there is no paper jam or check for any tiny bits of paper is side the printer, that could cause the issue.
However try reseting the printer
Follow the below steps to reset the printer;
Reset the All-in-One to the factory default settings by using these instructions:
1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on and wait for 20 seconds.
2. Then, press and hold # and 6 while plugging in the power cord.
Continue holding until it displays Semi Full Reset message in the front panel of the All-in-One.
This should fix the issue.
