My g1 screen dont work i can see every thing but i have to use the scroller ball. Nothing happens wen i touch the screen

HOpe you did the hard reset by pressing and holding home +power and then alt+w .
Does pressing and holding camera and power gives you the bootloader ( Hboot ) screen . IF yes , try reset from there .

Ok. My G1 Could Cut On But Wen I Would Try To Unlock The Screen By Draggin They Little Line It Didn.t Work Like It Didn't Read The Screen Bein Touched Or Something. And Now When I Charged It It Doesn't Show That Itz Charging But After A While It Gets Kind Of Hot What Can I Do Because I Really Love My Fone And Just Retrieved It From My Cousin.

I had the same thing happen to me. what I did when it started working again was take the back cover of the phone off while it's on and then try pressing the screen.. somehow it started working again for me. then if it works put the back cover back on.

Have you tried a reset using the hardware buttons? To perform this, you need to turn off the phone first. While it is off, press and hold the home key and the power key at the same time. Keep holding the buttons until you see a screen with a triangle and an exclamation point in the middle. Once you see the triangle, let go of the buttons and open the keyboard. Press ALT+W at the same time, and the phone should reset.

Your touchscreen is defective. Replace it 100% sure it will solve your problem

Try turning off the device and take off the back cover and battery. make sure the camera button isnt stuck and try pressing it in a few times...it should kinda make a clicking noise.

reasemble the phone and turn it on by holding the red key for about 10 seconds or so and see if it still happens. if it does, call t-mobile at 1800-937-8997 for a replacement.

You have a faulty scroll button. It will need to repaired..usually replaced. It is miniature electronics so only go to a competent person.

Remove battery. It happened to me twice now and all I could do was remove the battery, the phone responded to that LOL

hmmm......try to clear out your content cache and see if that helps. theres 2 ways to do this....

1: MENU > SETTINGS > APPLICATIONS > MANAGE APPLICATIONS > BROWSER > CLEAR DATA

2: BROWSER > MENU > MORE > SETTINGS > SELECT CLEAR CACHE, CLEAR HISTORY, CLEAR ALL COOKIE DATA, CLEAR PASSWORDS
