I have a "M toner sensor error" on my C5100 OKI printer. I swapped the M and K toner catridge (The complete unit) and the error goes away - naturally the print colors are not correct but the printer works. When I swap them back the error comes back.

try a different toner first .... doesn't have to be a full one ... just a different toner box. had the same on a machine and it was only a bad toner cartridge. so the easiest thing to do is swap drum units with toner installed ... if it turns out to be the cartridge you can have a look at the right side ... there is a hole in it and a white plunger moving there and gives the machine the current toner amount in the cart.
Magenta toner sensor error. Reseat drum unit. check toner cart. Take out the key that prevents you from putting drums in wrong slot and swap the whole drum and toner assy with another color, if it follows the magenta unit then that is the problem somehow.
An error has been detected in your printer's Control Panel. You should
restart the printer, and if the same problem reoccurs, you will need to
have the printer serviced. Problem seems to be pointing to the cyan toner sensor
I bet you don't need to replace the fuse, these machine have a FUSER that needs to be changed, it is the hot bit at rear, after the four toner and drums, two locks right and left, lift black unit at rear out, replace unit called a FUSER (melts powder to paper ie fuses it)
I need to know if the test page that the unit prints as "Demo Page" comes out fine. If this is the case, your problem is within your application (software) or computer connection (check all cables). If this is NOT the case, I'll need to know more about your scenario. Operating system, type of connection (USB, parallel) and what are you trying to print. I'll be waiting.
