Question about Vizio L32 32 in. LCD HDTV
Now it doesn't have power at all. not even the light on the front
Power supply board. Some times you can find bad caps on the board, if not have to replace board.

I had this exact same issue. It flickered on startup until finally it wouldn't power on anymore.
I opened up the back of mine and found that three of the electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board had heaved up.
I ordered three new capacitors from DigiKey (I LOVE DigiKey!). Replaced the bad caps (RoHs solder sucks BTW).
Plugged it in and it worked like new.
It is involved as there are a LOT of screws to be removed, but well worth the effort.
As an alternative, you could also buy a replacement power supply on ebay for around $90
