Welbuilt bread machine ABM3900

I've had this machine about 7 years. Used it only a few times because it ALWAYS burns the bread. Wastes my supplies. Disappoints me every time. Do you know of the customer service department who would help me with this dumb machine?? It's Christmas, bread-making time, and I've already had two burned loaves. Thanks. Mary.

I have the same problem with a B1650 Burned all the time

This site has no parts resources, no books or anything, just a Google search. But I can tell you that a local small appliance repair shop is your best bet to get the machine fixed.

A kind lady gave me a new Toastmaster bread machine 4 or 5 years ago, but my life was such that I thanked her, but said I didn't have time to devote to it. A year ago, I took it out and used it twice...

If you chose the "dough" program it won't get hot at all. If you chose the other programs and it never got hot then you do have a problem. Please advise which program you chose and we'll go from there.

Welbilt bread machine Model ABM3900 burns every loaf of bread

Maybe try taking the loaf out sooner . Keep a check on the bread when it is baking and stop it before it burns.

Hope it helps, at least you wont have to throw it away.
