You only have two wiring connections according to the part number you listed, without a model number I don't know wire colors you have,is this a one piece relay or the two piece(and extra overload) with a jumper wire and plastic cover?

How do I fix this problem

Try changing out the start device for the compressor. I don't know which model refrigerator you have, but Whirlpool has a decent start device kit that has most of the common start devices in it:

How do I get my Emerson ewf2004 into video without remote

You should have its original remote control to select inputs. If you wish to buy its original remote control, you have to contact the authorized service center. If you wish to buy a universal remote control, you should know about, which brand remote control have setup code to your TV/device brand. You should first make sure about the number of digits in the codes to your device have. There are 3-digit, 4-digit, 5-digit and even 2-digit codes. You can get this detail by the code list attached to every universal remote control. The brand name of the remote control you select isn't a matter; but, its code list should have setup codes to your TV/device brand, otherwise you can't set it up with your device. Check this link and note which brand remote control have set-up codes to your device brand, and buy that brand remote control, according to availability.

2008 chevrolet interior door handle repairs

There is a repair kit for you truck. The part that is broken is the metal piece. If you go through GM you have to buy a brand new interior door trim panel because the door handle part is attached to it. Otherwise I found a company that offers a repair kit that just repairs the broken part. Plus is cheaper then buy a whole interior door trim part. Compressor regulator is hard to remove.

May not need to remove the manafold. Order regulator repair kit number (N008792) and try to repair in-place. If the knob is stripped, do not repair. Remove the knob and examine parts before you order kit. For a temp repair, remove the jumper hose that feeds the manafold and plug. Remove the safety pop valve and install a tee fitting. On one port of the tee, re-install the pop valve. On the second port install quick connect fitting for full tank pressure or generic regulator then quick connect. Generic regulator is sold at Lowes and will last longer then factory part (manafold costs about $75). Good luck

KFR-12G New Compressor.....Draws too much amperage now. As though it is in the start mode all the time. New Capacitor too. Not overcharged either. Wiring is as it was originally. Thanks in advance.

Well, I looked at the date of post, doubt, you still need help, But, you can try a hard start kit. A generic one will do. It may decrease the life of compressor though

Wheres my horn located need to replace it

  • Locate the original manufacturer's horns by looking under the hood.the most likely location is under the passenger side headlight.
  • Remove the passenger headlight. Unscrew two nuts on each side of the headlight with a socket wrench and remove it to expose the horns. Loosen the mounting bolt for the old horns with a socket wrench and unplug the power connectors. Remove the two horns.
  • Mount the new horns with the attachments that came in the kit. You should be able to simply mount the new horns in the old brackets if your kit is a direct factory replacement. Some custom horn kits include air compressors that may require you to install the horns in a non-standard location.
  • Plug the old wiring harnesses into the new horns if they are compatible to retain the factory wiring. Some aftermarket horn kits may include a custom wiring harness that you will need to connect to your car's original wiring using a wire/crimper splitter.
  • Test the new horns to ensure they work. Be aware that horns that use a compressor will be extremely loud.

What is the angle of the 15 gauge nails for this gun and what nails are compatable

You did not mention the brand or model of your gun, however, you can determine the angle needed by placing a straight edge in line with the path of the driver and measure the angle from this edge to rails.. If the straight edge to the rails measure 90 degrees or makes a right angle, you need "0 degree" nails, if it measures 80 degrees, you need "15 degree" etc. Most generic nials 15 gauge nails will work. No need to by branded nails unless your gun requires an unusual angle. Good luck.

My freezer not getting cold. it is about 10 yrs old and after Hurricane Ike it stop freezing.

if the fan run and does not freeze, possible compressor or compressor start kit. Start kits that a beating in stormy weather. Start kits consist of a relay, capicator and overload sensor. These 3 parts can be ordered seperately or a generic start kit with all the of these made in one. if the compressor is bad on a 10 year old freezer you might want to look at a new freezer

How to locate and replace defrost timer. Seems to stick in defrost mode.

Your unit is not a self defrosting freezer and consequently has no defrost timer. There are only four components required for cooling in your unit. The temperature control, behind the knob in the cabinet. The compressor at the back bottom. The start relay and overload in a box attached to the compressor. The run capacitor attached to the start relay. A failure of any of those will cause the compressor not to run.

Check the wall outlet to be sure you have power.

If the compressor IS running but not cooling, the compressor itself may be defective or the gas charge may have leaked out. Compressor and refrigeration problems are likely beyond your capabilities in terms of knowledge and equipment.

The temperature control may be tested by all connecting the wires of the control to ONE terminal after unplugging the freezer and marking down teh original locations of the wires. If the compressor runs and cools after this by-pass then change the control and return the wiring to the original locations.

If the above does not make the compressor run the next possibility is changing both the relay/overload assembly AND the run capacitor. If these fail to correct the problem you need a new compressor but you will likely NOT be able to return the parts replaced.

Good Luck

Fridge isn't cold and the alarm light stays on, before it happened the fridge started "gurgling" alot!

Ok, this will confirm a major compressor fault. the main seal has failed. you will need to replace the compressor in order to restore the unit to its original cooling state.

If you can give me the model number and brand of your unit, i can direct you to some reasonably priced compressor kits if you would like.
