Your defrost drain hole is clogged. Turn the fridge off. Defrost the drain hole in the freezer. You will be fine until it does it again.

I have a GE profile side by side, model #TFH24PRX, every other day or so there is water of the floor at the front. Not sure what the problem is. Please help

If you look in your freezer down at the floor you'll probably see a sheet of ice that has built up over time. This is caused from the drain line located underneath the evaporator coil which is behind the freezer wall to clog up, usually with ice. Remove the ice in the floor, then remove the bin. Once that is done look at the back wall the n follow it down. Normally you'll see a trough of sorts, but in some models you may have to remove the freezer wall to get to it. Once you have located the trough, clear the ice from it, and located the drain hole. To clear the ice from the drain itself you can use hot water, a hair dryer, or a screw driver and tap it out. If you use a screw driver be careful not to punch a hole in the line. Once water can freely be poured down the drain, you problem is resolved.

Ice Maker leaks water inside the freezer

I see you said you looked and the water valve is off but the only that I know of this happening is a defective water control valve. Like a dripping faucet that when off slowly drips until the ice forms and then one the ice maker dumps ice and tries to refill the water goes in every direction. Unplug water valve to confirm what I am saying, Tell me if it continues to leak. Sea Breeze

There is a large sheet of ice accumulating on the bottom of the freezer. The ice maker is in the off .

Your defrost drain hole is frozen over. Turn the fridge off. Remove the lower bin. Take a hammer and carefully break the ice sheet to remove it. Use a hair dryer to defrost the drain line in the rear of the freezer just below the back panel. The drain line is up on the back inside the drain pan,not under the ice you will be breaking in the bottom.

Frigidaire leaking

the drain in the freezer compartment is frozen up you can remove all items from lower freezer and remove access panel on back of freezer compartment pick the ice out of the drain hole with a small screwdriver DO NOT USE SCREWDRIVER AROUND THE ALUMINUM COILS! once all ice is gone that you can see use hairdryer to blow into hole on medium heat. once it looks like it is gone take a small 1/4 plastic tubing and push down the hole to try to clear obstructions then run hot water down hole. if it still doesnt drain take rear access panel off of compressor area (back of refrig) look for drain hose and remove clamp take off and clean u might try this first. but you will have to remove ice from drain.

Water leaking from bottom left freezer/dispenser side

Take the metal back panel off the inside of the freezer, exposing the cooling coils. Below the coils, at the very bottom of the freezer compartment you will find a small drain hole. (Presently covered over with ice) Use hot (not boiling) water and a turkey baster to melt the ice and force hot water into the drain hole until the water runs out the drain hole (and into the defrost drain pan under the refrigerator) on it's own. This should be a Fix-Ya for your refrigerator.

Water leaking - GE Profile Refrigerator, Model: TPX21PRX

Check to see if the drain at the bottom of your freezer is plugged. When the refrigerator goes on defrost, the water has to go somewhere. Look below the coils in the freezer section and see if there is ice in the drain.

Freezer Problem: Only part of it is cold

It sounds like you have a plugged defrost drain line. This is where the water goes to in the bottom of your freezer when it goes through the defrost (removal of ice from the freezer coil) cycle. It sounds like that hole is plugged and now the water/ice has now frozen in the vent that lets air circulate down into your refrigerator compartment. What I usually do in this case is to unplug the refrigerator, empty out the freezer compartment. Usually I also end up either pulling off the back panel or the bottom panel (in the freezer compartment) Looking for that defrost drain hole and thawing it out with a heat gun (be careful of melting plastic) or actually I use a hair dryer. I can sometimes do this also by pouring small amounts of HOT tap water onto it and then sopping/absorbing it away with a sponge or dishcloth. I repeat this until I get the water to go down the drain tube

Leaking water

In back of the refrigerator behind a removable panel you will find a hose going into the drain pan under the refrigerator. Check and make sure there is no obstruction in the hose which would back up water into the freezer. After the drain hose is cleared the freezer should be defrosted and ice cleared from the drain area in the back. You can direct some hot water with some bleach in it through the drain to insure it flows into the pan.

Refridgerator freezer GE

Frost is due to outside air leaking into unit. Check on back wall to see if hole for ice maker fill tube is still plugged. If not and you have no ice maker cover hole with tape. Also look for water or ice build up in bottom of freezer or ref. sections. May have a plugged drain. Let me know what you find.
