Hi if you are shure about the passwprd and user name so probably sombody change your password but you can still retrive it if you go to :forgot my password" they will send you it to your email - the new password !! bernard
Do you mean you lost your wifi password?
Log onto the router and change the passwprd.
If you dont know how, google your model number and sutup, or write back with the model and i will find the setup guide for you.
You will need to attach your computer to the router with an ethernet cable to log in to your router
