Question about Frigidaire FRT21H8 Top Freezer Refrigerator
My freezer builds up ice at the back on the bottom right. nothing in my freezer is freezing, I've tried unplugging it to thaw it out (12 hrs) and ice continues to build up.
That is one of the symptoms of a failed blower fan. Typically on Frigidaire it's behind the metal shield with the thermostat knob at the back of the freezer. Go to an online parts place and look at the diagrams. To see it the fan is failed. Unplug from the wall, remove the shield, if you have an icemaker remove the two screws holding it on the wall and it's connector, then plug in the wall and either check for voltage or watch to see the fan spin.
