Question about Garden
I have an echo leaf blowr and it worked perfect until I ran out of gas. I refilled it and now it start easily but will only run if the choke is wide open. if i move the choke to normal it dies or if I accelerate the motor it dies.
Check fuel mixture. Be sure you used the can with MIXED fuel and not straight gasoline. If fuel is OK then check mixture screws on carb (the two that are side-by-side). If no limiter caps present on mixture screws, turn them one-quarter turn (1/4) counter clockwise and try again. DO NOT go crazy with these. If they have limit caps on them take the unit to a servicing echo dealership.
USA Dealer locator found here.
Hope this helps!
