Install and use the software that came with the camera. It's either ZoomBrowser (for Windows) or ImageBrowser (for Mac). This will allow you to download both still images and video clips from the camera.
Camera will be hooked to computer through supplied USB cable. If you are using Windows XP or Vista that will recognize camera plugged in and shows it as removable Disk in My Computer window. Click it and go to movie clip folder (folder name can be different) copy desired clip and past it in My Documents etc and attache it with email.
If you have windows movie maker (its part of the default installation of windows XP) you can use the rotate filter in the video effects tools.
Import your video into movie maker and select "Video Effects" under tools. Scroll through the various effects until you find the "rotate 90". Apply the effect and save the video.
I hope this helps!
Windows Movie Maker will rotate your video clips. This program comes pre-loaded with Window, so you're likely to have it already installed on your computer (look in the Program's / Accessories folder from your Start menu).
Drag the file into movie maker, then drag it down onto the bottom timeline. Then look for "Edit Movie" in the menu on the left side of your screen. Click on it, then select the rotation that you desire. Note that Movie Maker will only allow you to save your edited movie as a WMV (Windows Media Video) movie.
