Hi, I wanted to upgrade my ram on my new Acer aspire 5315-2153 laptop, I have been having difficulty getting the large panel on the back off. Can you give me a little direction before I break something. I remove the screws and think there must be something under the keyboard but it all seems difficult to get into. Also, I would like to know if this laptop has just 2 ram slots or if it has more? Please help if you can.

Once you remove the screw or screws for the cover over the ram compartment, you will need to pop the cover loose it has small tabs that hold it in place, pry upward from the screw end of the cover. It might seem that it will break, that is because of the holding tabs. I have never seen a laptop with more than 2 ram slots. BPCS

i just got the back off my own model but I cant get the ram out. What do I do to lift it up?
